This has been going on for centuries, what can we do to change this, what can we do to fight this, how do we fight this, these are questions that I ask myself and I believe that other people want to know the same answers that I want to know. Before I was even born racism in America was alive and thriving, when we thought we were free only to discover that we were dead wrong. There hasn’t been a free moment since The slaves were freed and then that wasn’t even really free because for people of color it’s never been free it’s always been a price, and a lot of the times black people pay for it with their lives. I’m pretty sure you all done some research, I know you saw The pictures and the footage. We’re not gonna skip over that, we’re gonna talk about it. I’m a start with Emmett Till, this young man if I’m remembering the story correctly, he was only 13 years old, he was beaten to death, he was burned, I mean what they have done was just horrific because they said he whistled at a white woman Who the hell was this white woman, Mary the mother of Jesus I don’t think so! The Birmingham church bombing it was three little girls that burnt up in the church, it was actually four but they say three because one is still alive I read the story I can’t remember everybody’s name that you can go do your own research on it and get the names of that Heynis event in white history. I call it that because it was at the hands of white people, this is part of your white history which Y’all been making for centuries, remember Rosewood! I’m telling you I cannot make this up, so let’s talk about it, so she was raped and beaten and this white woman said it was a black man. Go rent the movie it’s a dame shame. James Byrd was drugged from the back of a pick-up truck by two white men they made a conscious decision to-tie him up and put chains around his feet and drive down the road killing him in the most gruesome way, his head was decapitated from his body. This happened in the 90s the 19th-century white people history it doesn’t stop you can go to jail and Just wanna know why you’re even there, Sandra bland ring any white bells, she was pulled over for a very minor traffic violation, so please dear white people tell me how did she end up going to jail and the number one question is how did she really die in jail allegedly alone allegedly in her cell How did she do that to herself we need answers. We can’t even walk down the street and feel safe, Trayvon Martin innocently walking down the street with a sweet tea and a pack of skittles, on the phone with his girlfriend and he was ambushed in broad daylight how I don’t remember all the names but I know their stories. A little boy in Cleveland Ohio at the park playing with his toy gun, you mean to tell me you thought a little boy really had a loaded gun at the park, come on now he was playing with his toy he probably got it for his birthday or for having good grades. He was in his own backyard with a cell phone, He was running down the street with his hands up, He was at work and he was assisting a disabled man and he’s was still shot, they in the car and her kid’s father was shot and killed right in front of her and their child, so how many more have to die through the hands of So-called law-enforcement so Called policing the area we are done with this so-called privilege it is no longer acceptable. When I think about my ancestors and my family my peoples how many suffered through the hands of racism when I think about the water hoses I have seen them spraying our peoples with, I think about Rosa Parks and why she didn’t get up Outta her seat she obviously had had enough! when I think about the insensitive The non-compassion non-caring of how Black people are treated in America it makes me sick to my stomach. This has been going on ever since we thought we were free, you can go all the way back and then come back forward and ain’t nothing changed, they lynched and they hung our peoples from trees, they beat us, they kicked us, they had guns and they shot us. There’s a saying never kick a dog when they down, Instead, they brought in others to keep kicking us. Anybody that knows that underdog knows that he/she always rises when I think about Mya Angelo we will rise, dear White people, we just need you to open your eyes and look in the mirror and ask yourself am I really that person that did these terrible injustices to the black people in America it’s your white history.

The whole world is on lock down everything is on shutdown no social contact of any sort. The only places open are Grocery stores, Gas stations, Drug stores, Corner stores, and some restaurants are the only things open. While being on shutdown families are being very creative at home during this pandemic with dance videos, voice overs, and pranks, with the world wide spread of Covid19 families are going the extra mile to enjoy the quality time with their loved ones, using Tic Tok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, just to name a few of the social media outlets where you can find families across the world sharing their Covid19 life. Hospitals all over are overwhelmed with This pandemic a combination of patients and fear of this world wide pandemic while doing the job they were designed to do with dedication and bravery putting yourselves on the line each and everyday not knowing if you contradicted this deadly virus after a 12, 18, 24hour shift getting tested afterwards feeling anxious filled with anxiety I couldn’t imagine the stress you endure, and on behalf of the universe I salute you all for your caring, your love, your selflessness, for your strong will, for your compassion, for your empathy. Thank you!

Have you ever Dreamed of working in radio? I have ever since I was about 12 years old, I would dance to all the hot songs they played I would listen all day and then here it comes they would start to talk right over the music. I would always wonder how are they doing that, to me it sound like they were having a blast or a party at work, Then I found out that really they was just using a fake voice cause in person they don’t talk like that or sound like they do over the airways at all. There were all kinds of stars that would be on the radio and all I could do is think how can I do that kind of work, I always thought it was always a good time when the radio was playing, you know when your song comes on and you feel that music can’t nobody tell…

My Uber Driver
26 JanGood afternoon my bloggers, this blog is about my uber driver I came across, So here’s what went down, I was visiting a friend and I didn’t drive my own car as I would but this particular night I was drinking so I didn’t want to drink and drive, so I decided to call a uber, so I got in the uber and the guy was very nice, he had dreads and a black cap on I always tell myself to pay close attention to my surroundings so I did, the uber driver and I were just talking on about this that and the other, mind you I was really feeling myself and I think I fail asleep for about 5mins, next thing I know I’m at my destination so he says don’t forget anything and I said I’m not, ( lol needless to say I forgot everything) so I came in and I fail right back to sleep, hours later I wake up just to learn that I left everything in the uber ride (hand slap on the forehead) and the funny part is I didn’t even know until I got a knock on the door and it’s the uber driver at my door returning all of my belongs untouched unbothered I must say my uber driver was awesome and the experience was awesome, it was my first time ever using uber!!! he gets a 100% in my book. well bloggers that’s my uber story I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did sharing it. 7 AugA Boss is a person that is to set and exsample for there employees, if your boss is not doing that then watch out some bull crap is coming yr way…my story… Well I came to work thinking like here we go again she gone play the blame game I know I’m gone hear about it today, and sure I did it was all about a church that did not get put in the system, I told her that I didn’t do it, any other time I would have done it but when I thought about not being paid for it you know my time I was like forget that and I went home for the day only because I was told when your hours are up just stop and go so you don’t go over so thats just what I did. So why did she catch a major fit with me anyway, Well I’ll tell you this some bosses take they power and they really be on a trip with it. Like she paying me outa her money or something always saying you can’t get no over time and had the balls to get loud with me she just don’t know she’s so luckey that I changed my evil ways cause back in the day me would have moped the whole office with her ass so I just stood my ground and went right along with what she told me to do ( not a real women of her word) and this is all because I had a lot of over time and wanted to take my days off how selfish of her I swear people are not who you think they are watch out yall the demons are closer than you think they look like real people but it’s all fake. on a lighter note I took the rest of the day off to get away from her and it felt so good cause for once I won the battle but she still is a fake ass when certin people come in the office she want talk to me or she just ignors me but this is my boss #some people should not be a boss to nobody… they don’t know how to treat people, I was always told what comes around goes around and it will come back to bite her don’t know when but I know it will.

2 MayI have been a NE fan since I was a little girl, all the little girls were in love with all of them Ronnie Bobby Ricky and Mike and Ralph.We had all the posters and buttons with there faces on them, jerry curls and tight pants, when you look back that’s funny. Now they bringing the jeans back for the guys, I say leave them in the 80’s. My cousins though they were NE always doing there steps and singing there songs, bank then I never made it to a NE concert, but today in 2012 I can say I did and the concert was the bomb! They all were there Ronnie Bobby Ricky Mike Ralph Jonny! They sang all the old school hits it was like I was 12 again candy girl, popcorn love you name it and they did it. They even did all the dance steps from back in the day and I could not wait to see BBD do poison, One of the greatest hits of all time, everybody jumped out of there seats and was dancing and singing along having a good time, Bobby came out and did his thang and had the crowd was going crazy Ralph did his thang and I love it! you gotta love how they back each other on there own solo projects. Jhonny Gill you know Jonny always goes way over the top but what can you say loved it, the only thing I can say about the show is that I wished that they would have changed there outfits once or twice but other than that it was a great show well worth the money. Still a New Edition fan waiting for the new NE album…

2 MayI think people should recap the interview with Whitney’s brother and I believe Whitney Houston’s brother. He said he always liked Bobby Brown, and I can see where he and Whitney loved each other. I don’t think you can blame anyone for this and slinging blame tarnishes Whitney’s memory. Bottom line, drugs is the worst scourge to ever happen to the black community. We have survived so much, but drugs has taken some of our best. I wish we would use the loss of this beautiful song bird to encourage each other to stop finding fault with each other all the time, but to embrace the gift that we are as a people, appreciate each other more and to cleanse our communities of the poison of drugs. If we are to find fault let’s find fault with that and do better.
Bobby Brrown goes on to say this..
“I didn’t get high [on narcotics] before I met Whitney,” Brown said. “I smoked weed, I drank the beer, but no, I wasn’t the one that got Whitney on drugs at all… It’s just… it’s just unexplainable how one could, you know, [say that I] got her addicted to drugs. I’m not the reason she’s gone,” Brown said.
